In my experience The Moon, The Death and The Devil card all of them together in a spread speak of psychic interference. Not always but if symptoms are there then they should be checked via Tarot Spreads. In such cases mostly the above cards appear. Sometimes Nine of swords and The Judgement card combined together with above cards can indicate the same.
